So, in compiling ideas for building our dream home, I've come to rely on fellow bloggers for sources of inspiration. Although, I MUST put a limit on my computer time, otherwise, I could spend endless hours visiting blog-land... I'm sure that all of you can relate!
My brother is an architect, and he will be drawing the plans for our future home based on our design ideas. In gathering online inspiration, I mentioned to him that I would love for him to combine cottage elements along with old-world farmhouse design; I explained that we definitely want to incorporate architectural elements such as plank walls and doors and interior stone facades.
